It Takes a Village
The Newcomb PTSA offers many opportunities, in person or remote, to show up for our Spartans. You can chair/support an event, join the board, contribute a unique talent or skill, or volunteer an hour of your time on the day of the event. You do not have to be VIPS cleared to volunteer during after school events. Anyone can get involved-parents, caregivers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, community memebers. Everyone has something valuable to share with their community.

VIPS stands for Volunteers In Public Schools. LBUSD requires anyone volunteering on campus during school hours to be VIPS cleared. It's a simple and important process that involves a TB test and application. Click below for more information.
